Whether the motivation is political, business, or social, I love grassroot efforts! "Grasstroops" (those individuals who carry out the organizational mission), are usually passionate, well-informed, unpaid volunteers...and it doesn't get any better than that.
Each month in 2008, I will spotlight my favorite Paducah grasstroops.
